Is it permissible for me to leave livestock to graze on the crops of my neighbor who harmed me by leaving his livestock to graze on my crops?

Allah commanded kindness to neighbors, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade harming or oppressing them, considering it among the sins that diminish faith. Therefore, it is impermissible to harm or assault a neighbor. If a neighbor persists in their aggression and attempts to deter them are unsuccessful, there is no sin in reporting the matter to the authorities to remove the harm and secure one's rights.
