How authentic is the Hadith: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation and then sits remembering Allah until… an reward equal to that of Hajj and Umrah will be written for him"? And does this apply to women praying individually or in congregation with their daughters?

The aforementioned Hadith is authentic, and its wording is: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then prays two rak'ahs, will have a reward like that of a complete Hajj and 'Umrah." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Complete, complete, complete." This applies to both men and women. Thus, a woman can attain this reward whether she prays in congregation at the mosque or at home with other women or others. If a woman prays alone at home and does what is mentioned in the Hadith, she will have a great reward, and we hope that it will not be less than the reward of one who prayed in congregation, because her prayer at home is better for her.
