Allah Almighty is not confined by time or place. He is the First and the Last, and no place encompasses Him; rather, He is greater, mightier, and higher than everything. This does not contradict His being above and exalted over His Throne. His being "in the heaven" means that He is in absolute transcendence, not that the heaven contains Him.
