Is it permissible for a worker to secretly use the factory's machines to compensate for an unlawful deduction from his wages in non-Muslim lands?

It is permissible for an employee whose employer deducts money from him unjustly to take his right from the employer, even without the employer's knowledge, provided that he does not exceed his right by taking more than what is due to him. However, if it is possible to reclaim the right with the employer's knowledge, then it is not permissible to take it without his knowledge and permission.
