Is the imam's request to bring seawater, well water, rainwater, and wad'ah (a type of seashell/algae) for ruqyah considered part of legitimate Islamic ruqyah?

The Quran is a healing and a mercy for the believers. Treatment is permissible, and it should be through lawful ruqyah (exorcism) and authenticated supplications that are free from shirk (polytheism) and are understandable. There is no harm in using remedies with medicinal properties suggested by the raqi (exorcist).
