Is the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, preferred due to his being the Seal of the Prophets, or due to his receiving the reward of everyone who embraces Islam until the Day of Judgment?

Allah chose the Messenger Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and made him the master of the children of Adam and the seal of the prophets. He perfected his character, for Allah Almighty described him by saying: "And indeed, you are of a great moral character." His character was the Qur’an, and he was the most generous of people, the bravest, and the most forbearing and patient. He called to Allah and strove until Allah took his soul. Allah chooses whomever He wills from His creation according to His wisdom, because He is the Master of the universe and no one is entitled to anything from Him. It is incumbent upon His servants to obey Him in gratitude for His countless blessings.
