Is it permissible to use a beer bottle, after washing it and filling it with water for drinking, knowing that the person doing so is 14 years old?

There is no blame on your friend for holding the bottle initially without knowing that it contained wine, nor is there any blame on him for using it after emptying the wine from it and washing it. As it is stated in the Prophetic Sunnah, wine vessels are not to be broken, but rather their contents should be poured out. Carrying wine for the purpose of pouring it out is permissible and does not fall under the curse mentioned for the carrier of wine.
