What is the ruling on praying Tarawih behind the Imam of the Haram via television from home?

Congregational prayer is not valid for someone outside the mosque unless two conditions are met: hearing the takbir and the connection of the rows. As for the condition of seeing the imam or the congregants, it is debatable. The opinion that prayer behind an imam via radio or television is valid is false, because it leads to invalidating congregational prayer and because it opens a door to evil for the negligent.
