What is the expiation for a husband intentionally breaking his fast in Ramadan after marital intimacy, and what are the implications for the wife in that?

Intercourse during the daytime in Ramadan (definition) is forbidden and necessitates making up the fast (qada') and expiation (kaffara). If the husband forces his wife to have intercourse, she is not liable for expiation, but she must make up the fast. However, if she willingly consents, she must make up the fast and offer expiation, which is the freeing of a slave. If she cannot find one, then fasting for two consecutive months. If she is unable to do that, then feeding sixty poor people. This expiation is obligatory in this specific order according to the majority of scholars. If the husband dies without having made up the fast or offered expiation, one poor person should be fed on his behalf for delaying the make-up fast if he was able to do so, and the expiation becomes due and is to be paid from his estate.
