How can a flight attendant fast in Ramadan while frequently traveling and on long flights between Western countries?

A traveler is permitted to break their fast in Ramadan (definition). However, it is better for them to fast as long as it does not cause them hardship. They must make up for the days they did not fast. Fasting must begin at the break of dawn and end at sunset in the location where the traveler is present, whether on land or in the air. The length of the day, whether long or short due to air travel, does not affect the ruling on fasting.
