From where did the Black Stone come? And when did its veneration and kissing begin?

The Black Stone descended from Paradise with Adam (peace be upon him). It was white, then it turned black due to the sins of the children of Adam, as narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and authenticated by Al-Albani. The beginning of its veneration and kissing cannot be precisely determined, but it is inferred that it has been sacred since the time of Adam or since the time of the first prophets who performed pilgrimage to the House.
