What must a father do after suffering a health setback following his standing at Arafat, which prevented him from performing the ritual of Rami al-Jamarat, while he is still present in Makkah al-Mukarramah?

If the father completed the standing at Arafat, his Hajj is complete. He then needs to perform Tawaf al-Ifadah and Sa'i between Safa and Marwah whenever Allah grants him recovery, if he was performing tamattu' or had not performed Sa'i with Tawaf al-Qudum. As for the stoning of the Jamarat, if he appointed someone to stone on his behalf, there is nothing upon him. Otherwise, he must offer a dam (sacrificial animal). As for shaving or shortening the hair, he performs it and there is nothing upon him. Scholars differed regarding staying overnight in Mina and Muzdalifah for the sick: some hold that there is nothing upon him because he is excused, while others hold that he must offer a dam. If he is unable to slaughter the hady (sacrificial animal), he must fast ten days for each hady.
