The question

What is the wife entitled to of the dowry (mahr), furnishings, and deferred dowry (mu'akhkhar as-sadaq), if the marriage contract (aqd) has been concluded but consummation (dukhul) has not occurred, knowing that kissing and foreplay took place between the spouses without a legitimate seclusion (khalwa shar'iyya)?

The answer

The husband must give the divorced woman all her rights, including the full dowry (sadaq) and anything attached to it, especially if there was a kiss, a touch with desire, or a gaze at the private parts; because by that, she has made lawful for herself from him what is not lawful for anyone else.
