Has the sale of real estate been prohibited in the Sunnah of the Prophet, and is it permissible to substitute the price of an endowed property that the state has acquired with shares if the amount is insufficient to purchase a similar property?

There are narrations that encourage not selling real estate unless its price is invested in similar property, in order to attain blessings in the land. As for endowed real estate (waqf), it is impermissible to sell it as long as its benefits remain. However, if the state seizes it and offers compensation, its price must be spent on a property similar to it, or a portion of one. The replacement becomes a waqf immediately upon its purchase. It is not permissible to invest it in stocks, as this contradicts the intent of the endower and involves gharar (excessive uncertainty/risk).
