Is a suicide who threw himself from a high place considered a disbeliever, especially if he had been suffering from a neurological disease for 18 years and was taking medication with a doctor's permission?

A Muslim intentionally killing himself is one of the gravest sins, yet it does not expel him from Islam. Therefore, whoever commits suicide due to pains they could not endure or out of despair has wronged himself and committed a major sin. However, one who commits suicide while unconscious and not in control of their mind bears no sin, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The pen has been lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens, from the child until he reaches puberty, and from the insane person until he regains his sanity."
