If you uttered an explicit divorce (talaq) while being fully aware of what you were saying, then your divorce has taken effect. If you had not divorced her more than once before, you may reconcile with her during her waiting period (iddah). As for the first oath, its ruling depends on your intention and aim: if you intended to make the divorce conditional upon her going to her family at a specific time, and she did not go then, then your oath is dissolved, and you will not be in breach of your oath if she goes after that.
