How is inheritance divided among three sons, a mother, one wife, three full sisters, and one full brother?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the heirs are: his children, his mother, and his wife. The mother takes one-sixth as a prescribed share due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And for his parents, each of them is to have a sixth of what he left if he has a child." The wife takes one-eighth as a prescribed share due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty’s saying: "But if you have a child, then for them is one-eighth of what you leave." The remainder after the mother's and wife's prescribed shares goes to the three children by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship). The full brothers receive nothing as they are blocked by the children. It is necessary to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for precise investigation, as there might be other heirs, or wills and debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
