How is the inheritance divided among: three sons, one daughter, a wife, one full brother, four full sisters, and one nephew (son of a full brother)?

The heirs are the wife, the daughter, and the three sons. The sisters, the brother, and the nephew receive nothing. The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a direct descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave." The remainder goes to the sons and the daughter by way of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The estate is divided into eight shares: the wife receives one share, each son receives two shares, and the daughter receives one share. It is not sufficient to rely on a fatwa (definition); rather, the matter must be submitted to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation into the heirs, wills, and debts.
