Is it permissible for a girl to marry herself if her guardian prevents her from marrying a suitable suitor, claiming customs and traditions?

If a father refuses to marry off his daughter, she must try to convince him or seek the help of someone who can influence him. If he persists in his refusal, she should refer her case to the judge, who will either marry her off or order another guardian to do so. If they all refuse, the judge himself will marry her. It is not permissible for a woman to marry herself off. One must honor their parents and seek Allah's help.
