The answer

Whoever is obligated to offer expiation for one or more oaths has the choice of feeding ten needy persons for each expiation, or clothing ten needy persons, or freeing a slave. If he cannot find any of these, he moves to fasting three days for each expiation. So, if the salary is not sufficient for the expiation and living expenses, expiation can be made by fasting three days for each oath, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "But whoever finds none - then a fast of three days."
