Is it permissible for a man to enter into a Misyar marriage without the knowledge of the girl's family (guardian)? And is it permissible for him to move between women for the purpose of what is lawful, and a girl for the purpose of money? And does a man inciting another to marry a second wife constitute takhbib?

A legitimate marriage has conditions and pillars, including the guardian (wali). The marriage of a woman without a guardian is invalid according to the majority of scholars. If a woman marries herself without her family's knowledge, her marriage is void. Temporary marriage is not permissible. Some scholars have even ruled that a marriage is void if the husband intends to divorce after a period, even if this condition is not explicitly stated. If the marriage is conducted correctly, the husband is permitted to divorce and marry another woman. However, marriage is a solemn covenant that should not be taken lightly. Islamic law prohibits treating the verses of Allah with jest. Inciting a man to marry another wife is not considered the forbidden act of "takhbib" (corrupting a spouse against their partner), but whoever incites this should consider the person's circumstances, as marrying another may be forbidden or disliked in some cases.
