Is it permissible to give daily charity by placing a small amount of money in a savings box with the intention of giving charity for myself and for all Muslims? And is it permissible to exchange these small amounts for larger banknotes and then donate them all at once to those who deserve them?

Charity to the needy is recommended, even if it is little. Charity from good earnings is accepted and grows with Allah. It is permissible to include the deceased in the reward of charity, but there is no sunnah to include the living in it, and it is better to avoid that. There is no harm in exchanging coins before the charity is received, and it is permissible to retract it before it is received. It is permissible to give charity to one poor person or more, and it is better to give it to a needy relative, as it combines charity and maintaining kinship ties.
