A woman's 'awrah (intimate parts) in relation to another woman is from the navel to the knee. It is not permissible to look at anything beyond that with lust. As for watching actresses dancing and performing, it is forbidden to look at them even if their 'awrah is not exposed, due to what this leads to: an invitation to immorality and bad manners, contentment with evil, and wasting time and life in that which displeases Allah.
