Lesbianism is forbidden and is one of the grave sins, but it does not have a prescribed punishment; however, it entails discretionary punishment (ta'zir).
The repentance of a sodomite is accepted if it is sincere, if he abandons the sin, regrets it, and intends never to return to it, based on the words of Allah Almighty: ﴿Except for those who repent, believe, and do righteous deeds; for them Allah will change their evil deeds into good ones. And Allah is ever Forgiving, most Merciful.﴾
