Should one continue to advise friends who mock the Qur’an after attempts at advice, or should one distance oneself from them?

It is recommended to associate with the righteous who remind one of God and help in His obedience, for a person is on the religion of his companion, so let each of you look at whom he befriends. You have done well by enjoining your colleagues from evil and enjoining them to good, so persist in giving advice as long as there is no harm to you in your religion or worldly life. If there is harm in your advice, then abandon it, and there is no blame upon you in shunning them.
