Is it permissible to pray with tayammum, without ghusl, for one who experiences frequent wet dreams and does not find time for ghusl?

The multiple emissions of semen do not constitute an excuse permitting tayammum (dry ablution) or negating the obligation of ghusl (ritual bath), whether this occurs during sleep or wakefulness. The emission of semen necessitates ghusl by consensus, and jurists based this on the hadith: "Indeed, water is from water." Most jurists stipulated desire for ghusl to be obligatory due to seminal emission while awake, but in the case of a wet dream (ihtilam), only the emission of semen is considered. Therefore, it is not permissible to combine prayers or pray with tayammum for this reason, and prayers performed with tayammum in this situation must be repeated.
