Am I obligated to continue withholding expenses from my mother after she refused to live with us and insisted on behaviors that do not please us?

Kindness to parents is obligatory, even if they are disobedient, except in matters of polytheism (shirk). If the mother is in need of financial support, it is not permissible to withhold it from her. If she is not in need, it should not be withheld, especially if doing so would anger her. Regarding corruption, one must advise her and warn her of Allah's punishment, seek help from righteous people, and if possible, have someone live with her to monitor her and prevent non-mahrams from entering.
