Is the Qur'an a trace of the divine attribute of speech, rather than an attribute subsisting in God's essence, and how can that be when God replaces verses?

The Qur’an is part of the speech of Allah, but not all of His speech. Speech is an attribute of the speaker. The Qur’an is the speech of Allah attributed to Him; thus, it is one of His attributes subsisting in Him, and it is not created. The Sunnis have unanimously agreed that the Qur’an is the uncreated speech of Allah, and they have declared anyone who claims it is created to be a disbeliever. Not understanding the subtleties of this matter is not considered disbelief.
