Is the circulated story concerning the reason behind naming "Subhan Allah and Al-hamdulillah," related to the movement of angels towards the Throne of the Most Merciful and Adam's sneeze, authentic?

The circulated report about angels being commanded to carry the Throne, and their saying "SubhanAllah" (Glory be to Allah) to be able tocan carry it, has no basis in the Sunnah, nor from the Companions, nor from the people of knowledge. It pertains to the unseen, which requires a firm text (from revelation). As for the virtue of tasbih (glorification) and tahmid (praise), there are sufficient authentic hadiths that render such reports unnecessary.

As for the report of Adam's sneeze and his saying "Alhamdulillah" (Praise be to Allah), it is established in authentic hadiths. Allah inspired him to praise Him at that moment. However, the claim that "these words" were the first instance of creation knowing praise or that they were created then has no basis. Tasbih and dhikr (remembrance of Allah) were known to the angels before Adam's creation, as they constantly glorify and praise Allah.
