How authentic is the Hadith: "Praise be to Allah before Whose Greatness everything humbles itself; praise be to Allah before Whose Power everything submits; praise be to Allah before Whose Might everything abases itself; praise be to Allah before Whose Sovereignty everything yields," and what reward follows from it?

This hadith was narrated by Al-Tabarani with the wording: "Whoever says: 'Praise be to Allah, before whose greatness everything humbles itself; Praise be to Allah, before whose might everything submits; Praise be to Allah, before whose sovereignty everything bows; Praise be to Allah, to whose power everything surrenders,' and says it not seeking what is with Him [i.e., not for worldly gain], Allah will record for him a thousand good deeds, raise him a thousand degrees, and assign seventy thousand angels to seek forgiveness for him until the Day of Judgment." However, its chain of narration is weak due to the presence of Yahya ibn Abdullah al-Babilti and Ayyub ibn Nahik. Al-Haythami, Ibn Hajar, Al-Iraqi, and Al-Albani have all declared them weak.
