Is it permissible to spend from an amount designated for a specific mosque on another mosque?

The money given to the mosque is considered an endowment (waqf), and it must be spent according to the condition stipulated by the endower, for "the condition of the endower is like the text of the Lawgiver," meaning it must be acted upon and cannot be violated. Therefore, care must be taken to spend the amount on the interests of the specific mosque for which it was designated.
