What is the ruling on the prayer of one who suffers from urinary incontinence and does not find enough time to wait for it to stop, and sometimes prays two prayers with one ablution, knowing that the time for entering the restroom, performing ablution, and praying is limited to only ten minutes?

If the discharge of urine stops for a period sufficient to perform prayer with valid purification, then you must pray with that purification and not resort to the concessions for incontinence ( سلس). However, if the urine discharge continues or occurs predominantly, such that you cannot find time to pray with valid purification, then it is permissible for you to avail yourself of the concessions for those afflicted with incontinence. In this case, you should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and then pray the obligatory (fard) and supererogatory (nawafil) prayers, and what is discharged will not harm your prayer. The ruling on previous prayers depends on this: if you prayed them with incontinence without the excusing control, your prayer is invalid and you must repeat it. But if you prayed them with the excusing control, your prayer is valid and you are not required to repeat it.
