What is the ruling on giving Botox injections to patients for the treatment of psychological pressures, chronic headaches, migraines, and excessive sweating, and is it permissible to administer them to reduce wrinkles?

The default ruling is that it is permissible to use Botox injections for treatment and therapy. However, the fatwa (definition) states that it is impermissible to inject Botox or other substances to remove wrinkles or for similar cosmetic purposes, except when it is to remove acquired pathological defects, and not merely to seek beauty or to remove the signs of aging. The resolution of the Islamic Fiqh Academy explicitly states that it is not permissible to remove wrinkles through surgery or injections unless it is a pathological condition, provided there is no harm. Accordingly, there is no objection to injecting with this substance if the purpose is permissible, such as treating diseases and removing acquired pathological defects. However, for increasing beauty or similar purposes, it is not permissible.
