Must one perform ghusl if she awakens to find a water-like fluid, yet does not recall a wet dream, knowing that she experiences transparent white discharge that exits without lust? And does this discharge invalidate prayer in the mosque and necessitate changing clothes?

It is advisable to disregard the whispers (waswas) of the afflicted. The described secretions are mostly from the natural moisture of the woman's vagina, which is pure according to the preponderant opinion, but it invalidates ablution. If it is continuous, its ruling is like that of سلس (incontinence), and ablution is required for each prayer after the time for it has begun. What exits does not possess the characteristics of semen that necessitate ghusl (definition) (ritual bath); therefore, only ablution is required. As for fasting, it remains valid even if the discharge were semen, as a wet dream does not invalidate the fast. If a person is unsure whether it is semen (مني) or pre-seminal fluid (مذي), they have the choice between the two, and ghusl is not required if the doubt wavers between three things.
