The answer

The employee is a private contractor whose benefits are owned by his employer during official working hours. Therefore, the employee is not entitled to receive payment from the company's agent for advice given to him during his working hours except with the permission of his employer, because this action violates the contract or common practice. Furthermore, it is impermissible for the company's agent to continue paying the employee a monthly salary for the advice.

As for a commission paid by another person to the employee without his request, it is not permissible if the work falls within his job description or during his working hours, unless with the company's permission. Otherwise, there is no objection to taking it.
