Are there seven Archangels among the angels, including Gabriel, Michael, Israfil, Hizqail, and Azrael (and not the Angel of Death)?

The world of angels, their names, and their deeds are among the unseen matters about which it is impermissible to speak except with information from Allah and His Messenger. The Quran mentions Jibril (Gabriel) and Mika'il (Michael), and the Sunnah mentions Israfil. These three angels are the noblest of angels entrusted with life: Jibril is entrusted with revelation, Mika'il with rain and plants, and Israfil with blowing the Trumpet. The Angel of Death is mentioned in the Quran without a name, and some narrations state that his name is Azrael. Israeli stories (Isra'iliyyat) are not reliable, and the assertion of the existence of "Ulul Azm" (those of strong resolve) among angels requires proof.
