What is the ruling on working in a field that involves approving women's travel abroad without a mahram, knowing that there are opinions that permit a woman to travel with a trustworthy companion, but most women do not adhere to this condition or are unaware of it?

If women submit travel requests after they have traveled, there is no sin in completing their files, as this is not an assistance to disobedience. However, if the matter is before their travel, it is not permissible to assist due to the cooperation in sin involved, and one must switch to another job. A woman traveling without a mahram (definition) is forbidden by consensus, and leniency in this regard is only for obligatory Hajj and Umrah (definition) or any act of proximity [to Allah], nothing else.
