What is the ruling on the prayer of someone who consistently prays at home but misses the Fajr prayer every day, given that some advise him to abandon it completely due to his laziness, and what is required of him to overcome this laziness?

Neglecting prayer and being lax in its performance is a serious matter, and Allah, the Almighty, has warned of a severe punishment for it, as He says: "Then, there succeeded them a generation who neglected prayers and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil." (Maryam: 59), and His saying: "So woe unto those performers of Salah (prayers) Those who delay their Salah (prayer from its stated fixed times)." (Al-Ma'un: 4-5). A Muslim must perform his prayers as Allah has commanded him. Praying in congregation is obligatory for men who have no excuse for not attending it. A Muslim must also take the necessary measures to perform the prayer at its appointed time. Abandoning prayer completely due to laziness is a serious matter; in fact, some scholars have considered it an act of disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam.
