Is the Aqsa Mosque considered a حرم (sacred precinct) like the حرم of Mecca and Medina?

Al-Aqsa Mosque is the third best mosque, and it is permissible to travel to it for worship. Prayer in it is equivalent to 250 prayers, while the narration about prayer being equivalent to 500 prayers is weak. As for Jerusalem, it is not a haram (sacred precinct) in the legal sense, for a haram is a place where hunting and disturbing its vegetation are forbidden. The two agreed-upon harams are the haram of Makkah and Madinah, while Wadi Wajj is disputed. There is no other haram by scholarly consensus.
