The answer

Ghusl (ritual bath) from Janabah (state of ritual impurity following sexual activity or seminal emission) is obligatory for whoever is able to perform it, even if it is by pouring water over the body little by little. If you are unable to wash your entire body, then wash what you can of it, then wipe the rest of the body if you are able to wipe it. Otherwise, perform tayammum (dry ablution). Scholars have differed on this issue: some are of the opinion that tayammum should be performed for the part that cannot be washed, some are of the opinion that it is sufficient to wash only what is possible, and some are of the opinion that the majority of the body should be considered.
