There is no harm in performing acts of worship with remembrance (dhikr) and supplications (du'a) in any order, as there is no prescribed order that must be adhered to. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The most beloved words to Allah are four: Subhanallah (Glory be to Allah), Al-hamdulillah (All praise is due to Allah), La ilaha illa Allah (There is no god but Allah), and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest). It does not matter with which of them you begin." Ibn 'Uthaymeen mentioned that the order is not a condition, and what is important is saying these remembrances.
