Is it permissible for a girl who committed incomplete fornication (kissing and touching) to marry a righteous man, taking into account the noble verse: "The fornicator does not marry except a [female] fornicator or polytheist, and none marries a [female] fornicator except a fornicator or a polytheist, and that has been forbidden to the believers"? And must she inform her suitor about her past?

The girl must offer sincere repentance, and there is no objection to someone wishing to marry her, because repentance erases what came before it, and because what she did does not reach the level of adultery. She is not required to inform the suitor of what happened, because that is considered a prohibited public disclosure according to Islamic law, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Avoid these abominations that Allah has forbidden. Whoever commits any of them, let him conceal himself with Allah's concealment and repent to Allah the Almighty. For whoever reveals his misdeed to us, we will apply Allah's book upon him."
