It is permissible for a person afflicted with سلس (incontinence) to pray more than one obligatory prayer with a single ablution, provided that his ablution is not invalidated by anything other than the سلس. This is based on the analogy that those with valid excuses, other than the woman experiencing istihada (prolonged non-menstrual bleeding), are measured against her.
It is also permissible for him to combine prayers that share a time (Dhuhr and Asr, or Maghrib and Isha) either by performing them earlier (جمع تقديم) or delaying them (جمع تأخير).
