Does the Hadith, "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation and then sits in his place of prayer remembering Allah..." include my situation, given that I pray Fajr in one mosque, then move to another mosque to remember Allah there until the sun rises and I pray two rak'ahs? And does the phrase "his place of prayer" necessarily mean remembering Allah in the same mosque where I prayed Fajr?

Scholars have differed regarding the meaning of the hadith. The majority are of the opinion that the reward is specific to one who remains in his prayer place, while some have interpreted the hadith as referring merely to dhikr (remembrance of Allah) between the Fajr prayer and sunrise. The more appropriate approach is to take the apparent meaning of the hadith, as the majority of scholars have done.
