What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning dealing with a husband who watches obscene dance videos and chat sites, lies frequently, neglects his prayers, and disregards his wife's emotional needs, especially given the presence of pregnancy?

It is recommended to seek refuge in Allah and ask for His help through supplication (du'a), patience (sabr), and remembrance of Allah (dhikr), especially during pregnancy, to maintain one's health and the health of the fetus. The husband's neglect of prayer is a serious matter, and his viewing of indecent scenes is a great evil. The husband should be dealt with based on outward appearances, without going to extremes in trying to verify his truthfulness, keeping in mind the Hadith: "I have not been commanded to delve into the hearts of people or to rip open their bellies." Treating the wife kindly and justly (bi'l-ma'ruf) is a religious obligation, and beating her or coming home late contradicts this obligation. It is advised to counsel the husband gently and kindly (bi'l-ma'ruf) and to seek assistance from those who can influence him, while continuing to supplicate for his righteousness.
