What is the wisdom behind Allah sending Adam and Muhammad in the same place (the Arabian Peninsula)?

There is no evidence that Adam and Muhammad (peace be upon him) were sent as prophets in the same place. It is apparent that Adam descended in India, resided there, and performed Hajj to the House from there, as mentioned by Ibn Sa'd, Al-Tabarani, and Ibn Al-Athir.
