What is the ruling on prayer and fasting when brown discharge or discharge mixed with blood appears two or three days before menstruation?

Brownish discharge before menstruation is not considered menses, and yellowish or turbid discharge is not considered menses unless it occurs during the regular period or immediately follows blood flow after it has stopped. As for blood, it is considered menses if, when combined with what follows it, the total duration does not exceed fifteen days. If a woman sees turbid discharge, she should not pay attention to it. However, if she sees blood, she must stop praying until it ceases, then perform ghusl (ritual bath) and pray. If the blood returns, she is considered to be menstruating again.
