The answer

If the husband pronounces divorce while fully aware of what he is saying, the divorce takes effect, and its rulings vary: If it is the first or second divorce, the husband may take his wife back as long as she is within her (waiting period). However, if it is the third divorce, she becomes irrevocably separated from him, and she is not lawful for him again unless she marries another man in a genuine marriage, not merely for the purpose of making her lawful for her first husband (tahlil), and then that second husband divorces her or dies, and her iddah from him ends. It is advised to resolve disputes wisely and avoid anger, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not get angry."
