What is the ruling on masturbation, watching pornographic films, stripping in front of a camera, kissing and fondling a foreign girl, and rubbing one's body against hers without penetration until semen is discharged, while not performing ghusl until the morning? Is this act considered fornication, and what should I do regarding the days of Ramadan in which I did not perform ghusl?

Sleeping in a state of major ritual impurity (janaba) until morning does not invalidate the fast. However, masturbation, watching pornographic films, and the intimate acts that occurred between the questioner and the woman are clear evils. These actions, even if they do not amount to actual zina (fornication/adultery) that necessitates the Hadd punishment, are not light matters; rather, they are heinous evils and are considered a path to falling into immorality.

No matter how great the sin, Allah's mercy is greater. Whoever repents with a sincere repentance, Allah will accept their repentance. Repentance involves abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving never to return to it, while concealing one's own faults. It is recommended to hasten to marry a righteous woman to protect oneself. Sincere repentance erases the effect of sin.

After repentance, the heart returns closer to Allah, with more love and longing for Him, and more eager to obey Him. One must beware of the whispers and schemes of Satan and never despair, combining both fear and hope. As for the fear that makes a servant despair of Allah's mercy, and the hope that emboldens a servant to commit disobedience, both are blameworthy. One must turn to Allah Almighty and have a good opinion of Him, for Allah Almighty says: "I am as My servant thinks of Me; if good, then good, and if evil, then evil."
