A wet dream does not necessitate ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) unless semen is discharged, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Yes, if she sees water." The discharges that appear after waking up, if they possess the characteristics of semen, necessitate ghusl; otherwise, they do not. In case of doubt, one has the option to consider it semen, thus requiring ghusl, or pre-seminal fluid (madhy), in which case ghusl is not required, but rather washing the affected areas and performing ablution (wudu').
